Free Towing Terms

Free towing is available only when a vehicle is towed to AutoBodyLab and repaired by AutoBodyLab. To qualify, the final approved repair invoice must exceed $1,500, excluding taxes, fees, deductibles, and third-party charges. The offer applies only to standard local towing within our normal service area and does not include recovery, storage, after-hours service, long-distance towing, or other non-standard towing charges. This offer may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, credit, or special offer. If the vehicle is not repaired by AutoBodyLab, or if the final repair amount does not meet the minimum threshold, towing charges will remain the customer’s responsibility. AutoBodyLab reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time. Additional conditions may apply.

11. User Submissions

  • If you submit photos, vehicle information, insurance details, comments, reviews, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
  • You grant AutoBodyLab LLC a limited right to use submitted content as needed to review your request, provide estimates, communicate with insurers, perform services, maintain records, and operate our business.

12. Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoBodyLab LLC and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of another person or entity.
